Our Solutions:

We provide customers with a single-sided aluminum substrate PCB solution for automotive LED lighting. Aluminum substrate PCB is a metal-clad copper plate with good heat dissipation performance, electrical insulation performance, and mechanical processing performance. It generally consists of a three-layer structure, namely the circuit layer (copper foil), the insulation layer, and the metal base layer (aluminum plate.
